trust: Allow 'BEGIN PUBLIC KEY' PEM blocks in .p11-kit files
These PEM blocks contribute a CKA_PUBLIC_KEY_INFO to the object being read/written. https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=83799
